Where we ship from

All orders ship from our US warehouse.

We currently ship within the United States only.

 

Order processing & cut-off

Orders placed before 12:00 PM ET on a business day begin processing that same day; orders placed after 12:00 PM ET, or on weekends and US public holidays, begin processing the next business day. Orders are then processed within 1–2 business days. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding weekends and US public holidays.

 

Delivery time

Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 2–5 business days within the US. Including processing, most orders arrive within about 3–7 business days of being placed.

 

Shipping cost

Standard shipping is free on all US orders. Your total is always shown at checkout before you pay.

 

Order tracking

You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

 

Delivery estimates

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or holidays. If your order is significantly delayed, email support@zinctune.com and we'll help.

 

Incorrect or incomplete addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to a wrong or incomplete address, we'll process it as a change-of-mind return under our Return & Refund Policy.

 

Lost or damaged in transit

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us — under our Return & Refund Policy we'll replace it or refund you in full.
