Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. This policy explains when and how you can return an item and receive a refund. By placing an order with ZincTune, you agree to the terms below.

 

Return window

You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

 

Change-of-mind returns

Changed your mind? You can return your earbuds within 30 days of delivery, with all accessories and original packaging included:

  • Unopened / factory-sealed: full refund of the product price, with no restocking fee.
  • Opened, complete, and undamaged: accepted with a 20% restocking fee.

For change-of-mind returns, you pay the cost of shipping the item back to us, and any original shipping you paid is non-refundable.

 

Defective, damaged, or incorrect items

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or isn't what you ordered, we'll make it right with a free replacement or full refund, including shipping — even if opened, and with no restocking fee. You can report these any time within the 30-day window; for items damaged in transit, please tell us as soon as you can so we can resolve it quickly and, where needed, file a claim with the carrier. A photo or short video with your order number helps us sort it fast.

 

Who pays for return shipping

For change-of-mind returns (opened or unopened), you pay return shipping and send the item to the return address we provide. For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, we cover return shipping — we'll send a prepaid label or reimburse your return postage.

 

How to start a return

Email support@zinctune.com with your order number and reason, and we'll reply with the return address and simple instructions. We just need to share the right address and make sure your refund is processed smoothly — items meeting the conditions above will be accepted.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you the outcome and issue approved refunds to your original payment method within 5–7 business days (your bank may take a little longer to post it). For change-of-mind returns, any restocking fee (opened items) and the original shipping cost are deducted as described above. Defective, damaged, or incorrect items are refunded in full, including shipping.

 

Order cancellations

You can cancel for a full refund any time before your order is dispatched — email us as soon as possible. Once an order is with the carrier we can't stop it, so it's handled as a change-of-mind return: you may refuse the delivery or accept and return it. A refused or undeliverable package comes back to us unopened, so it's refunded as an unopened change-of-mind return (full product price; original shipping non-refundable). If a package is lost in transit and never delivered, contact us — we'll replace it or refund you in full.

 

Non-returnable items

Gift cards and items marked "final sale" can't be returned.

 

Product coverage & warranty

ZincTune does not offer a separate product warranty, and manufacturer warranties may not be available for products purchased through ZincTune. Your coverage is the protection described in this policy: if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we'll replace it or refund you in full within the timeframes above.
